Our Wazo Hill site combines biomass conversion, catalytic upgrading, and finishing under a single operation — engineered for the realities of East African operations.
Conventional bio-based supply chains lose energy, value, and integrity at every transfer. We have engineered ours to do the opposite — to capture and stabilize the renewable carbon content of our feedstocks as close to the source as possible.
By co-locating biomass intake, conversion, and finishing on a single site, we minimize transportation losses, recover process heat across stages, and deliver finished product to customers on a single bill of lading — fully traceable, fully certifiable, fully accountable.
Eucalyptus chips, cashew nutshells, and coconut residues arrive from our managed plantation and partner cooperatives. Field-dried at origin, finish-dried on site using recovered process heat.
Biomass is converted in a fluidized-bed reactor under inert atmosphere — producing a vapor-phase intermediate, non-condensable gases, and a stable solid carbon co-product that becomes our biochar.
Pyrolysis vapors are upgraded in the bed itself — vapor-phase deoxygenation and tar cracking deliver a stabilized, low-acid, low-water bio-oil ready for downstream finishing.
Alongside our biomass platform, we operate a dedicated specialty-chemistry line for the production of anacardic acid esters — TMP and NPG anacardates, and co-esterified TMP / coconut derivatives — engineered for industrial and cosmetic formulators.
This line draws directly from the cashew supply chain we already operate for raw and technical CNSL — a vertically-integrated route from cashew shell to high-performance specialty ester.
For technical specifications, co-processing trials, or qualification packages, our engineering team is available for direct engagement.
